Motivating case study - The Logic Group

The Logic Group plc sent forty of its staff to Greystoke Castle for a motivational day. The guests gathered at the Castle for coffee and bacon rolls and were then divided into five teams. Each team completed a circuit of activities, which included mini-quad obstacles, clay shooting, archery, radio-controlled reverse-steer driving and team challenges. The day ended with all the guests participating in a team ski-race.

“Our corporate day at Greystoke was fantastic. Our day consisted of a number of activities and, as the staff and instructors were so keen, we didn’t have anyone not join in. The staff at Greystoke were very accommodating and the day ran exactly as we had arranged. One of our favourite moments was the ski-race - a simple activity that had everyone laughing so hard they found it hard to stay on their feet! The actual theme of our day was “Together we make a difference” and the event has achieved its desired effect already. Everyone had a brilliant time and we all can’t wait for the next one!”
